E-Bidding comes to Canutillo ISD!

The Canutillo Independent School District is pleased to announce that our Finance Department has implemented the E-Bidding process.  ALL interested suppliers are required to register. Current CISD suppliers already registered with the district or suppliers not registered with the district, are required to go to the web site listed below and register their company. Registered suppliers will be able to receive bid opportunities notifications and also will be able to complete and submit bids 100% online.

The Purchasing Department is responsible for the acquisition and distribution of goods and services throughout the District while complying with state and federal law and maintaining the utmost transparency. Our mission is to provide a high level of customer service to CISD's campuses and departments by providing guidance and processing procurement transactions in a timely manner. We strive to ensure the District is receiving the best value and quality through competitive bidding, product specification and the creation of strategic partnerships. We work as expenditure managers and assist the schools and departments with spending of their funds.
