Kinder ready. College ready.

The Canutillo Independent School District understands the importance of a strong foundation for students. It is now offering a new full-day pre-kindergarten program free of charge at all campuses for qualified El Paso-area families for the 2019-2020 academic year.

Canutillo is able to provide this opportunity thanks to the passage of House Bill 3, which was signed into law in June and provides state funding for full-day pre-K programs for families who meet certain criteria.

Superintendent Pedro Galaviz and district officials are excited about this new change because it’s a great opportunity to get kids off on the right foot. Parents can now begin registering for full-day pre-K.
