Congressman Silvestre & Carolina Reyes Elementary is the sixth and most recent of Canutillo ISD’s elementary schools, located in the Cimarron subdivision at the heart of the fast-growing neighborhoods of Northwest El Paso. The school was established in 2015 and serves over 600 students in grades pre-k through fifth. The proposed 2021 CISD bond, if passed, will fund security upgrades, campus maintenance, improvements, playground enhancements and an additional multipurpose room for students, staff and teachers. The bond will also provide a new Jose J. Alderete Middle School located in Northwest El Paso that will serve as a feeder school for Canutillo, Davenport, and Reyes elementary schools.
